Orders within The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. We do our best to send out orders that are received before 5pm with next day delivery. For our customers outside NL, we send our packages with Post NL which then hooks up with your local postal service. All packages are insured and tracked for it to arrive safely at your door. We also offer express shipping with UPS, please contact us for more information.

Each instrument that we send out is put through a series of checks by our technicians just to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of any problem occuring upon its arrival, you can be assured that we will address the issue quickly and efficiently. The instruments are sold with its manufacturer's warranty.

The Vandoren V12 soprano saxophone reeds are produced from cane selected for its specific proportions and have a thicker heel and are cut on a longer palette with a slightly thicker tip than the Traditional. The longer palette means that more of the reed is vibrating, resulting in a deeper, richer sound. The thicker tip gives body to the attack and also increases the longevity of the reed.

The success of V12 reeds in the clarinet world for 25 years has led Vandoren to transpose their high points and advantages into the saxophone universe. With its very precise attack, homogeneous timbre in every register, controlled high notes, warm and velvety sound, this new reed offers exceptional possibilities.
