Orders within The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. We do our best to send out orders that are received before 5pm with next day delivery. For our customers outside NL, we send our packages with Post NL which then hooks up with your local postal service. All packages are insured and tracked for it to arrive safely at your door. Each instrument that we send out is put through a series of checks by our technicians just to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of any problem occuring upon its arrival, you can be assured that we will address the issue quickly and efficiently. The instruments are sold with its manufacturer's warranty.

The Black Diamond HD mouthpieces are made from a specially developed "High Density" ebonite. This material is the result of years of research and development by Vandoren.
The high density enhances the natural acoustic properties of standard ebonite and optimizes the playing experience and feel. The Black Diamond HD mouthpieces reveal the natural sound of the clarinet, with a round and rich timbre. The HD ebonite is of 100% natural origin.
