Yamaha 400 Series flutes feature a headjoint, body and footjoint made of the same 92.5% Pure Sterling Silver. The result is a flute with a rich, warm tone with enhanced projection.

Orders within The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. We do our best to send out orders that are received before 5pm with next day delivery. For our customers outside NL, we send our packages with Post NL which then hooks up with your local postal service. All packages are insured and tracked for it to arrive safely at your door. Yamaha YFL 482 H flute with B-foot, open keys, and inline-G configuration is an upper mid-range flute by Yamaha. Yamaha 400 Series flutes feature a head joint, body and foot joint completely made of sterling silver (92.5% Sterling). This makes for a rich, warm tone with enhanced projection compared to lower series.

Yamaha intermediate model flutes share similar designs with Yamaha's Professional series and incorporate many of the same features, yet are available at a lower cost due to innovative manufacturing techniques. They offer surprisingly high quality for their price.

The 482H comes with a B-foot. The B-footjoint is longer and has an additional key, which adds one note, the low B, to the range of the flute. The extra length of the flute gives it darker tone and offers a higher resistance in the upper registers. Also, the flute has a little more weight than the YFL 482 with C-foot.
