Covid-19 - Update 14th of December
Dear Matthew's Muziek clients,
We first of all want to send our sincere well-wishes to everyone who has been affected by the Covid-19 virus.
Even though we understandably have to close our doors, we will do our utmost best to be here for you in all ways possible. It will remain possible to make online purchases for we will be here to process them daily.
For any advice or questions? We will be reachable by phone or e-mail. Our repair atelier will remain open, however only by appointment.
Repairs (only by appointment)
It is possible to have your instrument repaired. Out of precaution, we will take your instrument and put it aside for at least 3 days before we start working on the instrument. Also when it is ready we will set it aside. We are taking great care to thoroughly disinfect each instrument, we use Sanosept Profi which is a highly concentrated disinfection substance that is used to disinfect surfaces and equipment. Please leave your contact information with the instrument when bringing/sending your instrument.
Before any work is done, we will contact you for an approval.
Please contact us to make an appointment.
Instruments that are already brought to us for repair, we will contact you personally to make an appointment to either pick it up or to have it sent back to you.
Purchases will be processed and send out daily. The postal services continue to deliver packages.
