Orders within The Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. We do our best to send out orders that are received before 5pm with next day delivery. For our customers outside NL, we send our packages with Post NL which then hooks up with your local postal service. All packages are insured and tracked for it to arrive safely at your door. In the unlikely event of any problem occuring upon its arrival, you can be assured that we will address the issue quickly and efficiently. The instruments are sold with its manufacturer's warranty.

There are no global standards for the size of the connection between headjoint and flute. Even flutes and headjoints of the same brand will not always fit perfectly. Fortunately, our flute repairman can make almost any headjoint fit your flute. This service is free of charge, but for this we need your flute in our shop to fit.
