We extend a 1 year guarantee on the instruments we sell.

In practice what this means is that within one year of purchase if you have
a guarantee issue with an instrument which we send to you, we can either:

have the problem rectified at a qualified repair facility near
you and we pick up the bill 

OR

if it is more serious (and this has rarely happened) we have
the instrument repaired by one of our colleagues in the US 

OR

we repair the instrument and reimburse you for the shipping costs

OR

we replace the instrument - no cost to you.
